Spaceman Storage - Topsham is a locally owned company with two locations. We have a climate controlled storage facility in Bath, ME and now we are offering drive up storage in Topsham, ME. Topsham Self Storage was built in 2024 and has great access from the Topsham exit of 295.
We offer highly competitive pricing and a great location. If you are considering storage options, rest assured that you have found the best value for quality storage in the state. The facility is well lit and monitored 24 hours a day. The gate access is very convenient.

Our Pledge
At Spaceman Self Storage we strive to treat our customers in a manner that we would hope to be treated. This means that:
- We do not false advertise. This tactic of advertising unreasonably low "street rates" only to dramatically increase rates after a few months may technically be legal, but it is not how we choose to treat our customers. Some companies increase fees several times a year. We guarantee our rates for an entire year. Ask the competition if they do this.
- We do not require mandatory insurance. Many of our competitors mandate insurance which is a very profitable "add on" but not necessarily beneficial to the customers.
- We do not charge administrative fees. Most of our competitors charge a fee to on-board new customers.
- We do not keep entire last months rent. Most of our competitors charge the customer for the entire last month even if they leave during the first day or two. We pro-rate the last month which means that if use only five days, you pay only for 5 days.
